Emily joined our office in 2003. She is an immigration attorney dealing with employment-based cases in both nonimmigrant and immigrant areas. She spends much of her time conducting research on the constantly changing maze of immigration laws and uses this information to respond effectively to various requests for evidence. She represents corporate clients in many industries, particularly Engineering, Information Technology, and Healthcare. Mrs. Lopez is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is a graduate of Central Michigan University and the University of Houston Law Center. In addition to work, she enjoys spending time with family and playing golf in her free time.

After a brief departure during which he completed his Master's degree in Development Studies at Michigan State University, he rejoined the staff in 2001 in order to assist clients in the labor certification process.
